Extraction and Implant

I recently had tooth #19 extracted and an implant placed at the same time. The first few days were fine, but after about four days, it started getting really sore, and the pain hasn’t gone away. It’s been nine days now, and while I don’t see any signs that it’s not healing, the pain has me worried. Is this normal? Can you get a dry socket in cases like this?
